Absolutely. Every package is a starting point. You can add hours, upgrade catering, bring in your own decorator, or combine halls. We'll build a quote around your exact needs.

Every custom quote we share is exclusive of 18% GST unless stated otherwise. Final pricing is confirmed after a walkthrough and consultation based on your specific requirements.

Multi-day bookings are available under our Custom Events package. We offer discounted multi-day rates for weddings and extended celebrations — speak to our team for a custom quote.

Yes. Our packages include in-house catering and décor partners, but you're welcome to bring your own vendors. We'll coordinate access and logistics on the day.

We understand plans change. Bookings can be rescheduled up to 30 days before the event at no extra charge. Cancellation terms are shared at the time of booking confirmation.

Yes — weekday events (Mon–Thu) and off-season months carry reduced rates. Ask your coordinator for current availability and pricing.
